Yes, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date and officially begin our partnership. This allows us to dedicate our full attention and resources exclusively to your celebration.
What is your policy for rescheduling?
Rescheduling is permitted based on our team's availability. Your initial deposit is fully transferable to any new date within 12 months of the original booking, ensuring your investment remains protected.
Can I adjust or upgrade my package later?
Absolutely. We understand that visions evolve. You can upgrade your service level or add custom enhancements at any time, provided adjustments are finalized at least 60 days before your event date.
